Alex Benedon

Alex Benedon is a writer and filmmaker living in Denver, CO. He has an MFA in Film & Television Production from the USC School of Cinematic Arts, where he specialized in Screenwriting and Multicamera TV production. In his spare time, you can find Alex somewhere on the side of the mountain or playing with his pack of scruffy rescue dogs.

Patrick Vargo

Patrick is currently a film producer at EON247. Shortly after his graduation he started his own production company and moved up quickly in the film industry. His latest projects involved a Netflix special, as well as several tv shows as Director Of Photography. Patrick was recently recognized for a project “The Greatest Toolman” where he was acknowledged by the cast of “The Greatest Showman”. 

Kevin Allen

Before cofounding startup fitness technology venture ViGOR FiTNESS, Kevin was the Senior VP of Business Development for building technology company BuiltSpace, Inc,.  Before BuiltSpace, Kevin was the CEO and cofounder of tekBOA Inc – a technology based start-up focusing on solutions for mechanical contractors and the built environment.  tekBOA sold its intellectual property to a customer in 2015.  Kevin has also provided temporary leadership for new, growing and transitioning entities such as 5twenty, LLC where he was the interim CEO charged with managing the pivot from public to private sector; and the Washington DC PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) Program where he served as the Executive Director during the initial development of the innovative commercial energy efficiency and renewable energy finance program that produced the first multifamily PACE transaction in the Nation. Kevin is a former Partner at Energy Growth Partners working with private equity sponsors in pursuit of energy efficiency contractor acquisitions.  He spent several years as a Business Development Director at Johnson Controls (JCI) working with large municipalities and Fortune 500 companies in the Building Efficiency Solutions Group.  Before working at JCI, Kevin was a Vice President at Grant Capital providing financing for energy efficiency retrofits and infrastructure improvements.  Kevin started his first company right after business school in the bioinformatics space.  As CEO and founder of New World Science and Technology, Kevin’s company created an algorithm to simulate cellular signal transduction resulting in a patent for the innovative work.  Kevin has also spent time as an Investment Banker and served as a Special Advisor on Business to the late Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones. Kevin was a cast member of NBC’s “The Apprentice Season II” where he made it to the final four.  He has been asked to speak about his experiences at several events and institutions ranging from Princeton University to NASA.  Kevin has a BS from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School of Business) where he excelled as a multi-time All-League varsity football player; MBA from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University where he was a Toigo Finance Fello; and a JD from the Law School at the University of Chicago.
